Codrean’s Mobile Detailing strives to offer the best complete mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating services. We appreciate you considering us for your vehicle care needs. Please review the following terms and conditions, which outline important aspects of our services.
These terms are designed to protect both your rights and ours. Key terms can be found under the “Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy” and “Vehicle Terms” sections at the top of this document. By scheduling any service with Codrean’s, you agree to all the terms outlined below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To secure your appointment, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be credited towards a rescheduled appointment if needed. If you must cancel or reschedule, please inform us in a timely manner. If the deposit hasn’t been paid prior to the service, it will be charged upon payment completion. A $25 fee will apply to any cancellations made within 24 hours of the service if the deposit has not been paid in advance.
Vehicle Terms
We request that all personal belongings, money, and valuables be removed from your vehicle before any service. Our technicians will not move personal items for safety and liability reasons. If our team is delayed by more than 15 minutes due to personal items, a fee may be charged for lost time.
You must remove large amounts of trash and other debris from your vehicle prior to having it serviced. If excessive trash is present in the vehicle, we have the right to charge a $50 Trash Removal Fee at our discretion.
If areas such as the center armrest storage or glove compartment are not cleared of belongings, we will not be able to clean them due to the client’s private personal belongings, always wanting to protect personal property.
We request that clients remove all car seats and booster seats before our arrival. If a car seat remains in the vehicle, we will make every effort to clean around it, but we cannot guarantee complete satisfaction. Due to child safety, we are unable to uninstall or reinstall car seats under any circumstances.
We maintain the right to price each vehicle based on its condition and the estimated time required for service. By booking with us, you understand that our rates may vary following an inspection of your vehicle. Any additional charges, if necessary, will always be communicated to you before we begin work, ensuring no unexpected fees after the service is completed.
Extra charges may apply to all jobs that involve pet hair, staining, odors, hazardous material such as mold or waste matter, etc.
Pet hair and sand are among the most challenging elements to remove from a vehicle with standard vacuuming, and we cannot guarantee their complete removal with any of our services.. However, on most occasions, we usually have good results removing visual traces of both elements.
We cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains or odors from your vehicle. We use professional-grade equipment and chemicals to do our best, but please understand that some upholstery, seatbelts, and carpets may not come as clean as expected, and certain stains may be permanent. We will always consult with you about what is achievable for your vehicle's interior.
Odors cannot be fully eliminated through cleaning alone; they often require ozone treatment and may need the expertise of a specialist.
We strive to clean your windows as thoroughly as possible, but sometimes factors like temperature can cause a film to form. If you notice any streaks, we recommend letting the car cool down, then wiping the windows with a microfiber towel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it's a natural outcome of how the cleaning chemicals interact with different conditions.
We are not responsible for any damage to heavily soiled, stained, or damaged interior components, such as dash buttons and steering column knobs. In cases where these areas are covered with dirt, grime, or makeup, cleaning might cause the markings on the buttons and knobs to fade or wear off.
We clean the headliner with care, but some stains may still remain. Aggressive cleaning or the use of stronger cleaners can cause the glue in the headliner to loosen, which may lead to sagging over time. Please understand that headliners might not come entirely clean for this reason. If you choose to clean them further, it’s at your own risk. If, during the pre-inspection, we find the headliner too fragile, we will avoid any cleaning that could cause additional damage.
We are not responsible for baked-on brake dust that cannot be fully removed from the surface or deep within the wheel. In some cases, wheels may be too damaged to clean and may require repair or replacement.
Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar can chemically etch into your vehicle’s paint if left untreated for too long. This can result in deep marks that may require additional care to remove. In some instances, these marks may not be completely removable without risking damage to the clear coat.
Exterior black or gray trim pieces, whether textured or smooth, may be too worn to restore and might need to be replaced. If restoring the plastic to its original color is a service you’ve requested, we’ll do our best, but in some cases, replacement may be necessary.
Improper care of any wax, sealant, or coating will reduce its intended durability. We recommend using safe hand washing methods to maintain its longevity.
On-Site Service Terms
Full payment is due on the day the service is completed. We will send you several reminders to ensure the payment is made promptly.
We require full payment upfront if a client has canceled multiple times before allowing them to reschedule. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline service if scheduling or payment terms are not honored. While we reserve the right to adjust or amend booking times or dates without penalty, we will make every effort to inform the client of any changes and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.
We reserve the right to modify or reschedule a booking due to weather conditions, staff illness, or equipment issues, without penalty to the company. However, we will make every effort to notify the client and provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.
For your safety, please maintain a distance of at least 10-15 feet from our work area to avoid any trip or slip hazards. If you need to communicate with us while we are working on your vehicle, kindly get our attention from a safe distance. While we do our best to stay aware of our surroundings, we want to ensure you stay safe and avoid tripping over hoses, cords, or other potential hazards.
We ask that all clients accurately disclose the condition of their vehicle before our technicians arrive. If our technicians discover upon arrival that conditions like urine, feces, semen, mold, mildew, or other hazardous substances were not disclosed, Codrean’s reserves the right to request partial payment at our discretion without completing the job. This policy is in place to maintain a safe work environment and protect our technicians from being taken advantage of.
Photo / Video Rights
When scheduling services with Codrean’s, you agree to allow us to post photos and videos of your vehicle before, during, and after the service. Given our strong social media presence, your vehicle may be featured online. However, we will not identify clients by name or show license plates or home addresses without prior permission. If you have any concerns about our use of media, please inform us before the service, and we will gladly accommodate your preferences.

I, _____________________(first and last name), hereby declare that I do not authorize Codrean’s to use photos or videos of my vehicle for marketing purposes. I understand that these materials may still be used for internal training purposes.

Service Guarantee
If it is evident that the service technician did not fully deliver the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor workmanship, we will, at our expense, either refund or redo the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service.
Clients must report any potential mistakes made by Codrean’s Detailing at the time of the post-inspection or within 24 hours of a job being completed. Failure to report past 24 hours of completed work does not guarantee any correction. We will, however, do our best to understand your needs and serve you appropriately. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.
Declining a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service will limit any refund to 20% of the service value.
Our service guarantee covers only the services included in your order and any additional services specifically authorized by Codrean’s. Any unauthorized services are the client's responsibility and carried out at their own risk.
Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion of your service. If payment is refused or not made, our service guarantee becomes void, and any redo services or discounts will be provided at Codrean’s sole discretion.
The client who schedules the service is responsible for agreeing, either verbally or in writing, to the pre-inspection and post-inspection of their vehicle, RV, or trailer. Failure to complete this agreement will forfeit the right to a refund.
Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by emailing (info@codreansdetailing.com) with photographs attached.
Failure to disclose any issues such as heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray, or other hazardous materials at the time of booking, our service guarantee will be void. No refunds, redos, or additional work beyond the original package or estimate will be provided.
Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by client service or your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TERMS OF PAYMENT, LEGAL FEES, AND DISPUTES:
The client agrees to make full payment before the release of the products or vehicle. Products or vehicles will not be released until payment has been fully processed. Any invoice not paid at the time of order or delivery is considered overdue, and the client will be responsible for all collection fees, including attorney fees and court costs, on unpaid balances, with an interest rate of 18% per annum.
This is not an expectation contract and we are not responsible for buyers’ remorse.
By accepting the product or vehicle, you acknowledge that the job is complete and satisfactory. It is your responsibility to inspect the product or vehicle upon receipt. Any disputes regarding an invoice must be reported to Codrean’s in writing within three days of the invoice date. If no dispute is reported within this timeframe, the job and invoice are considered accepted. Clients must notify Codrean’s of any disputed work, along with a written explanation. If, after investigation, an error is found on our part, we will make the necessary corrections.
Codrean’s is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in cases of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control. We do not accept responsibility for consequential damages or loss of any kind related to the sale, installation, or delivery of our products.
It is the client’s responsibility to read our Terms & Conditions available on our website prior to contacting Codrean’s to perform any services.
ESTIMATES: Estimates are good faith estimates and are based on the current information Codrean’s has at the time the estimates are given. Estimates given are good for 30 days and are subject to change.
VEHICLE INSPECTION/CONDITION: Before starting any work on the vehicle, Codrean’s will conduct a pre-inspection with the client. During this inspection, our technicians will inform the client of any concerns they observe. It is the client's responsibility at this time to clearly communicate their expectations for the detailing service.
Codrean’s is not responsible for the condition of the surfaces of the vehicle prior to any services rendered. Any existing scratches, cracks, or other damage will be visible through a coating or paint protection, and such surface damage or imperfections may damage the protection applied and cause the protection to fail prematurely. We reserve the right to refuse any work or vehicle for any reason.
CHANGES/CORRECTIONS/ERRORS: We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, prices, omissions, descriptions, and errors relating to products, productions, availability, and update information at any time without prior notice.
